Prepaid Debit Cards Are Here

Georgia Power Valdosta FCU introduces CUMONEY cards, prepaid reloadable debit cards customized with member’s name. These debit cards can be used at merchants, ATM’s and for internet purchases - anywhere VISA, INTERLINK, and PLUS are displayed. For members not qualifying for the traditional debit card, this could be the answer to what is quickly becoming a checkless/cashless society.

Georgia Power Valdosta FCU is raising money to help in the fight against cancer by participating in the 2008 Relay for Life campaign. A Valentine Basket filled with goodies and on display in the credit union’s lobby, will be raffled off at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13th. You do not have to be present to win.

You can purchase your raffle tickets beginning on Wednesday, January 2nd. The tickets are $1.00. There is a basket full of lovely goodies including tickets for dinner and a movie. So, join the fight against cancer by helping your credit union raise funds to support cancer research. All the money raised will go to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life 2008.
